At Classy Fash, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- There should be a valid reason to return the item.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Once refund is approved it will take 10 business days for amount to get credited in customer’s account
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
